eufy Omni C30 vs C20: What Changed and Price

The eufy Omni C30 is eufy’s newer midrange robot vacuum and mop with an all-in-one dock, and it is the direct step up from the still-sold Omni C20. On paper the jump is mostly suction, mop pressure, carpet logic, and filtration, not a totally different docking idea.

eufy still sells both on its US store, which makes a generation check useful: the C30 lists at $799.99, while the C20 lists at $699.99 (prices seen on eufy.com). If you already own a C20, the upgrade has to clear that $100 list gap with cleaning changes you will notice on carpet and sticky hard floors.

Suction, Filtration, and Carpet Behavior

eufy rates the Omni C30 at up to 35,000 Pa suction with AeroTurbo multi-cyclone filtration. The Omni C20 is rated at 7,000 Pa on the same US store. That is a large manufacturer claim gap; treat the numbers as lab-rated motor figures, not a promise that real rooms will scale linearly.

On carpet, eufy says the C30 lifts mop pads, raises suction, and can run a cross-hatch Carpet Deep-Clean Mode. The C20 can boost suction on carpet and lifts its mop about 10.4 mm (0.41 in). The C30’s listed mop lift is 12 mm. Homes with more medium carpet should care about that behavior more than hard-floor apartments that barely use Boost modes.

Mopping Pressure and Brush Design

Both robots use dual spinning mop pads and an all-in-one station that empties dust, washes and dries mops, and refills water. The C30’s MopMaster 2.0 pads are rated at 10 N downward pressure versus 6 N on the C20. eufy also moves the C30 to a single-side anti-tangle floating main brush, while the C20 uses a Pro-Detangle Comb on its roller.

In practice, that points the C30 at messier kitchens and pet hair, and the C20 at simpler daily maintenance if 7,000 Pa already keeps your floors acceptable. Neither listing turns the dock into a hot-water wash flagship; both are still hands-free stations for emptying and mop care rather than premium heated scrubbers.

Navigation and Body Trade-Offs

The C30 uses iPath 2.0 laser navigation and eufy says it can recognize 100+ objects. The C20 relies on infrared plus point-laser obstacle sensing and a 3.35-inch ultra-slim body for lower furniture clearance. If your main problem is getting under beds and sofas, the older C20’s height may still matter more than the C30’s smarter pathing.

That is the real fork: buy the C30 for suction, mop pressure, and carpet routines, or keep/buy the C20 when slim access and a lower list price matter more than peak Pa. Obstacle avoidance claims differ by sensor stack, so cluttered toy rooms may still need no-go zones on either model.

US Prices, Availability, and Who Should Upgrade

As listed on eufy’s US store, the eufy Omni C30 is $799.99 and the Omni C20 is $699.99. eufy’s product creative also flags an October 6-15, 2026 early-bird window for the C30, so street pricing can undercut list during promos. Upgrade to the Omni C30 if carpets and mop pressure are why the C20 feels weak. Stay with the Omni C20 if you want the slim chassis and $100 lower list price and already clean mostly hard floors. eufy sells both as Omni dock robots; the C30 is the clearer carpet-and-suction refresh, not a total reinvention of the dock workflow.
