Tineco FLOOR ONE STATION S9 Scientist Pro Debuts

Tineco has introduced the FLOOR ONE STATION S9 Scientist Pro, a new flagship wet-dry vacuum and floor washer designed to tackle the less glamorous problems of hard-floor cleaning. Instead of relying on suction alone, it combines targeted water jets, sensor-controlled cleaning, assisted movement and an automated refresh station. The result is a floor washer built around both 25,000 Pa suction and smarter liquid management.

HydroBurst Targets Dried and Stubborn Stains

The headline cleaning feature is HydroBurst, which fires a high-pressure water jet at stubborn grease, dried spills and other residue before the machine lifts the mess from the floor. Tineco pairs this system with its iLoop Smart Sensor, allowing the washer to detect changing levels of dirt and automatically adjust suction power and water flow rather than requiring constant manual mode changes.

Water left behind by a wet floor cleaner can be almost as annoying as the original mess. The S9 Scientist Pro addresses this with a Smart-Sensing StreakFree Scraper that changes position according to the direction of travel. When the cleaning pass is finished, Backtrack Water Erasure is designed to collect residual water, helping hard floors dry with fewer visible streaks or water marks.

Lay-Flat Design and 360-Degree Assisted Movement

Getting under furniture is another focus. The washer can operate in an 11 cm (4.3-inch) lay-flat position, giving it access beneath beds, sofas and cabinets with relatively low clearance. Meanwhile, SmoothDrive Technology provides 360-degree directional propulsion, assisting movement forward, backward and around tight corners instead of making users wrestle with the weight of the machine.

For perimeter cleaning, the design combines triple-sided edge cleaning with a DustReveal headlight that makes debris easier to spot in dim areas. Homes with long hair or pets also get Tineco’s DualBlock anti-tangle system, while MHCBS technology continuously washes the brush roller during operation to help keep its cleaning surface ready for the next section of floor.

Smart Refresh Station Reduces Routine Maintenance

The biggest convenience upgrade may actually be the dock. The Smart Refresh Station automatically replenishes hot water during cleaning, cutting down on manual refill interruptions. Once cleaning is finished, the upgraded FlashDry system uses air heated to 230°F (110°C) to dry the brush roller and filter in five minutes. A SilentDry option keeps drying noise at no more than 45 dB(A).

Battery life is similarly geared toward larger cleaning sessions. The upgraded pouch-cell battery provides up to 100 minutes in Quiet Mode or 75 minutes in Auto Mode, backed by 2A flash charging. A 0.85-liter clean-water tank and 0.72-liter dirty-water tank handle onboard water storage, while the thumb screen and app connectivity provide status information, cleaning progress and access to product support.

A Feature-Heavy Flagship for Hard-Floor Cleaning

The FLOOR ONE STATION S9 Scientist Pro is clearly aimed at users who want much of the floor-care process automated, from detecting dirt and managing water to washing and drying the roller. That makes its smart cleaning ecosystem at least as important as its raw suction figure. Tineco has set an MSRP of $1,199 USD, with the floor washer available now through Tineco.com, Amazon and selected retail partners.

With HydroBurst, long battery life, assisted maneuvering and automated maintenance combined in one system, Tineco is pushing its flagship floor washer further toward a hands-off ownership experience. Whether that convenience justifies the premium price will depend on the household, but the S9 Scientist Pro brings an unusually broad collection of cleaning and maintenance technologies into a single hard-floor machine.
