HTC Touch Dual Offered by Bell Mobility

The slider version of HTC Touch or known as HTC Touch Dual is reported to be available through Bell Mobility next week. Canadian can have it without contract if ready to pay for 399$, otherwise it will sale for 99$ with a 3 year contract.
