After a few weeks halting its current Vaio UX, Sony finally released its successor: UX 72, UX92S, and UX92NS. The new UXs are built upon 64bit Core 2 Solo processor such as 1.2 GHz U2200 and 1.06 GHz U2100. The other selling point of the ne UX is the adoption of SSD drive which offers 64 GB capacity. If you want to walk behind the edge, do not worry because Sony still offers the Celeron and HDD option. Sony planned to sell this 64bit UMPC in the middle of October 2007, so you need to wait a few weeks. No words yet about the pricing and the availability in the US.
