I always wonder how _the usability test_ take in action, but i do not care much, as what i need is the result. The usability test was done by Perspective Science to find the most user friendly interface among iPhone, Nokia N95, and HTC Touch. The used method was asking ten (only ten?) people who had never used any of three devices to perform basic task such as making a call, saving a phone number to the contact list, etc. And the result (1 – 5 scale): iPhone got score of 4.6, HTC Touch got 3.5, and N95 got 3.2. Believe it or not?
